Francesco was a spectacular guide as well; had my bike ready with all my add-ons, quickly installed my gear (pedals, garmin mounts, etc.), and was very knowledgeable about the history of Firenze making the tour even better!

Booked a full day ride from Florence and requested a route with hills and beautiful scenery. Gabriele selected a perfect route for the day through the Chianti Region. The scenery was gorgeous. Early stops for a snack and a famous food truck were spot on. Then we rode the rest of the day with a brief water stop before Florence. The day was 61.81 mi/99.47 km and 5,616 ft/1,711.76 m which we completed in 4:33:08 over 6 hours. The rental bike was excellent and very enjoyable to ride. I highly recommend PedalItaly for bike tours in Italy.
