Today our team will meet you at  2:00pm in the comfortable hotel in Versilia that we have carefully selected for you and the whole group. Once you have left your luggage and completed your bike tune up to make sure everything is in perfect order, we will be ready for our first ride up in the hills. This afternoon we will pedal without pushing ourselves too hard, along quiet roads away from traffic, which will give us the opportunity to fully enjoy the splendid views of this part of Tuscany among dense olive groves and lush vineyards. This sgambatella will  prepare us is the best way for tomorrow’s demanding ride along the official routes of the Granfondo Versilia. Once back at the hotel, we will have plenty of time to relax, have a chat with friends over a good glass of wine before enjoying a dinner of typical local dishes in total safety. There will be many recreational opportunities that Versilia can offer to everyone after dinner.

After an exquisite breakfast at the hotel, we will be ready to put our cycling preparation to the test with the official route of the Granfondo Versilia, pedalling along roads that alternate between the plains, hills and mountains overlooking the sea. Starting from Lido di Camaiore, we will tackle two of the most panoramic climbs in the area that will lead us firstly, to the Passo del Vestito in the heart of the Apuan Alps, and then to the top of the steep climb of Pedona, which will offer us a memorable view of the entire Versilia coast .

Together, we will travel 125 km with 2,500 metres altitude of the official route that will accompany us to discover this incredible territory with a unique and unparalleled wealth of landscapes: sea, mountains and hills all in one ride. It won’t be a race, but you can still have fun challenging yourself and others on the main climbs of the Granfondo that will be officially timed by Endu. We will ride in total safety in groups of no more than 20 people, always assisted by the support car and by our expert staff  who are at your disposal all day. There will be opportunities to refresh and regenerate by tasting typical local products. Once we return at the hotel, there will be time to rest and enjoy a relaxing massage before dinner.

After our final breakfast together, this morning we will have plenty of time to enjoy another adventure among these beautiful hills riding our bikes. Starting from our hotel in Versilia, we will enjoy another beautiful morning in the hills between Pietrasanta and Lucca in company and in total relaxation. After yesterday’s intense efforts, in spite of the experience from our masseur, the fatigue will still be clearly felt today. If you don’t want to ride, you will have the opportunity to relax on the beach or take part in a guided tour of one of the marble quarries in the area where you can experience the thrill of discovering the ancient art of extracting and processing white marble  maintaining your safety at all times.

Once we return to the hotel in the late morning, we will have time to take a shower, pack our bags and have lunch with friends before saying “arrivederci” until the next time.
